After I saw this really interesting web page http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/ken_robinson_says_schools_kill_creativity. I realize that Ken Robinson discuss an important topic, especially for all of us who will become teachers.
I agree with Ken in the idea that educaton needs to be creative, because that is an important way in wich children can develop many skills. for example in his speech he mention that there are a certain number os mathematics hours, so he said that for example music and art is important too, in the same way as the others subjects, I don´t know, but apparently is not that important for the actual school system.
I think that is good that people arround the world are concerned about this, and I found that Ken is also a very nice guy, I could realize that through the way in which he talk about this topic. He also gave veru good example to clarify his ideas, like the first one of a boy who draw God an the teacher answer that no one know God so the student said you will in a second. It was a cool answer to me, you know, because children has an extraordinary imagination and schools should provide the possibility of encourage creativity instead of kill it like actually happens.
